In partnership with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a national multi-hazard-assessment was implemented for Djibouti. The assessment was carried out as part of the pilot activities for the Coastal Hazard Wheel and followed the manual assessment procedure.
The assessment resulted in a range of hazard maps and hazard layers for Google Earth that has been used by IFAD for national hazard management and prioritization of project activities.
